Black Tea – Irish Breakfast – Irish Breakfast combines hearty black teas from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and Assam (India) to get your morning off to a bright start. Spicy and jammy aroma on the leaf, malty and deep flavor with a brisk and ‘buzzy’ mouthfeel. Rounded sweetness in the finish. May be enjoyed plain or with a drop of milk.
Black Tea – Earl Grey Bravo – A classic blend of premium black tea from Sri Lanka, flavored with bergamot (a citrus fruit). The perfect afternoon tea: zesty and exhilarating fresh citrus aroma, slightly dry to the nose, with a rounded and balanced orange rind flavor to match the tang of the Ceylon. Pleasantly dry finish with lingering citrus sweetness.
Flavored Tea – Ginger peach tea has become an American classic. Adagio’s Ginger Peach Black has the soft warmth of ginger with the sweet depth of summer ripe peaches and apricots, paired beautifully with tangy, naturally citrusy Ceylon black tea.
Chai Tea – Masala Chai – To most Westerners, it is a little known fact that the word ‘Chai’ simply means ‘tea’ in Hindi. Therefore, all teas are technically chais. However, instead of the ‘chai’ that most Americans are used to (which usually contains really bad tea), we offer a Masala Chai tea – premium Ceylon black tea with a unique blend of spices; cinnamon, cardamon, and ginger.
White Tea – White Peony- White tea from the Fujian province of China. White Peony, known locally as Pai Mu Tan, is a delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. The latest medical findings suggest that white tea may be a more effective cancer fighter than even green tea. These findings have brought white teas to a much wider audience.
Herbal – Pomegranate Grove – Lightly spiced with cinnamon and ginger to accent the gently sweet notes of pomegranate and provide an warming tingle on a chilly fall day. Hibiscus and rose hips add lively layers of flavor.
Herbal – Wild Strawberry – A delicious blend of natural fruits and spices that brews up a mouthwatering cup of herbal tea. Entirely caffeine free, and sweet, yet contains no sugar or other sweeteners. The flavor is all natural, emanating from apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, rose hips, and strawberries.
Green – Casablanca Twist – An interesting twist on classic Moroccan Mint tea, combining the muscatel highlights of a Darjeeling from India with fresh mint. The result is very a refreshing cup, with bold, cool minty notes, smooth and relaxing texture and flavor.

Hi! Caleb here! New manager to the Gallery Cafe. I hope you will come try our Tea offerings, only available from 2 to 4 pm. We would love to serve them all day long, but properly preparing a pot of tea takes time, so we can only do it during our off hours. Thanks for understanding!
